I love good food, hiking outdoors, nature, and its smells and sounds. I enjoy nature with all my senses.
I produce my products in a small-scale, handmade manner. They are free from unnecessary additives, and the ingredients used are gathered responsibly, respecting nature. I utilize wild natural ingredients and produce from the garden. I aim to combine ingredients boldly and creatively. My goal is to highlight berries, wild herbs, and mushrooms from nature, especially those that often receive less attention, despite being versatile, nutritious, and delicious.
My close relationship with nature began in childhood when we lived in the countryside. The forest and the garden became a significant source of our family’s food.
In adulthood, I neglected to utilize the gifts of nature for a long time until I rediscovered mushroom picking. Since then, I have learned to use the healthy delicacies of nature in increasingly diverse ways.
